Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2018, Denmark's unemployment by sex and age decreased by 12.1% compared to 2017, reaching 5.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 7.4%.

Denmark ranks 20th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 31.1% (from 7.4% in 2013).
