At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2013, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 6.3% compared to 2012, reaching 18.6%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.8%.

Estonia ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 4.6% (from 19.5% in 2008).
