At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2014, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 17.2% compared to 2013, reaching 21.8%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 17.3%.

Estonia ranks 4th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 10.7% (from 19.7% in 2009).
