At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2025, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 3.5% compared to 2024, reaching 19.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.3%.

Estonia ranks 7th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 5.8% (from 20.7% in 2020).
