Population structure indicators at national level

In 2006, Estonia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.5% compared to 2005, reaching 39.4.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 40.0.

Estonia ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.1% (from 38.2 in 2001).
