At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2010, Finland's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 5.8% compared to 2009, reaching 11.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 21.1%.

Finland ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 14.0% (from 10.0% in 2005).
