At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2010, Greece's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 3.0% compared to 2009, reaching 23.0%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 21.1%.

Greece ranks 7th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 12.7% (from 20.4% in 2005).
