Population change - Demographic balance and crude rates at national level

In 2014, Finland's population change increased by 1.1% compared to 2013, reaching 9.6.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 9.9.

Finland ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.2% (from 9.3 in 2009).
