Fertility indicators

In 1975, Finland's fertility indicators increased by 4.3% compared to 1974, reaching 1.68.

Finland ranks 17th out of 19 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 8.2% (from 1.83 in 1970).
