Life expectancy by age and sex

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 78.9.

Finland ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.4% (from 79.3 in 2019).
