Population structure indicators at national level

In 2002, Finland's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.8% compared to 2001, reaching 25.0.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 26.3.

Finland ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.2% (from 24.0 in 1997).
