Population structure indicators at national level

In 2006, Finland's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.8% compared to 2005, reaching 26.4.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 27.7.

Finland ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.5% (from 24.8 in 2001).
