Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2018, Finland's main indicators increased by 4.3% compared to 2017, reaching 36.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 32.1%.

Finland ranks 9th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 19.6% (from 30.5% in 2013).
