In 2024, Finland's at-risk-of-poverty rate of older people by detailed age group decreased by 6.2% compared to 2023, reaching 12.1.

Finland accounts for 73.8% of the EU-27 total of 16.4.

Finland ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 7.6% (from 13.1 in 2019).
