Income inequality for older people - EU-SILC survey

In 2024, Finland's income inequality for older people decreased by 1.3% compared to 2023, reaching 6.28.

Finland accounts for 76.4% of the EU-27 total of 8.22.

Finland ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.6% (from 6.18 in 2019).
