At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2015, France's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 5.6% compared to 2014, reaching 18.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 21.4%.

France ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.3% (from 18.1% in 2010).
