Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2019, France's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 1.3% compared to 2018, reaching 1,440,130.

France ranks 1st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.8% (from 1,429,398 in 2014).
