Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2007, France's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.6% compared to 2006, reaching 83.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 84.6%.

France ranks 23rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 0.1% (from 83.5% in 2002).
