Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 22.4%.

France ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 10.8% (from 22.3% in 2005).
