Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2016, Germany's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 3.3% compared to 2015, reaching 12.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 12.7%.

Germany ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.7% (from 11.1% in 2011).
