Population structure indicators at national level

In 2014, Germany's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.3% compared to 2013, reaching 34.2.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 30.8.

Germany ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.5% (from 33.7 in 2009).
