Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2007, Germany's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 0.3% compared to 2006, reaching 38.8%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 39.9%.

Germany ranks 9th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 0.8% (from 39.1% in 2002).
