Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2019, Germany's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 0.7% compared to 2018, reaching 41.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 40.8%.

Germany ranks 9th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.3% (from 39.5% in 2014).
