Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2010, Germany's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 1.1% compared to 2009, reaching 26.7%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 24.6%.

Germany ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.5% (from 24.6% in 2005).
