Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2007, Greece's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 2.4% compared to 2006, reaching 33.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 39.9%.

Greece ranks 19th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 4.5% (from 35.5% in 2002).
