Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2014, Greece's unemployment by sex and age decreased by 4.3% compared to 2013, reaching 26.6%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 11.0%.

Greece ranks 1st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 171.4% (from 9.8% in 2009).
