At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2006, Hungary's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 44.6% compared to 2005, reaching 9.4%.

Hungary ranks 20th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 21.7% (from 12.0% in 2001).
