Population structure indicators at national level

In 2006, Hungary's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.8% compared to 2005, reaching 25.2.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 27.7.

Hungary ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.9% (from 24.5 in 2001).
