Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2024, Hungary's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 5.0% compared to 2023, reaching 10.5%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 14.0%.

Hungary ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 9.5% (from 11.6% in 2019).
