Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2019, Hungary's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 3.6% compared to 2018, reaching 25.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 31.7%.

Hungary ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 10.7% (from 23.4% in 2014).
