Population structure indicators at national level

In 1999, Ireland's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.3% compared to 1998, reaching 32.2.

Ireland ranks 26th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.9% (from 30.4 in 1994).
