Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2015, Italy's main indicators increased by 0.1% compared to 2014, reaching 33.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 29.7%.

Italy ranks 9th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 66.5% (from 20.1% in 2010).
