Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2018, Italy's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.7% compared to 2017, reaching 81.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 85.8%.

Italy ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.0% (from 78.1% in 2013).
