Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2008, Latvia's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 8.0% compared to 2007, reaching 9.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 12.5%.

Latvia ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 25.3% (from 7.5% in 2003).
