Population structure indicators at national level

In 1997, Latvia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.1% compared to 1996, reaching 36.7.

Latvia ranks 13th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.9% (from 35.0 in 1992).
