Population structure indicators at national level

In 2025, Latvia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.9% compared to 2024, reaching 44.4.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 44.9.

Latvia ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.6% (from 43.7 in 2020).
