Population structure indicators at national level

In 2024, Latvia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.5% compared to 2023, reaching 44.0.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 44.7.

Latvia ranks 12th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.1% (from 43.5 in 2019).
