Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2005, Latvia's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 2.5% compared to 2004, reaching 20.3%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 21.5%.

Latvia ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.5% (from 18.2% in 2000).
