At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2013, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 29.3% compared to 2012, reaching 26.9%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 20.7%.

Lithuania ranks 5th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 15.5% (from 23.3% in 2008).
