Fertility indicators

In 1980, Lithuania's fertility indicators decreased by 2.9% compared to 1979, reaching 1.99.

Lithuania ranks 10th out of 20 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 8.7% (from 2.18 in 1975).
