Gender employment gap by degree of urbanisation

In 2020, Lithuania's gender employment gap by degree of urbanisation increased by 6.2% compared to 2019, reaching 5.10.

Lithuania accounts for 14.8% of the EU-27 total of 34.5.

Lithuania ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 29.2% (from 7.20 in 2015).
