Gender employment gap by degree of urbanisation

In 2021, Lithuania's gender employment gap by degree of urbanisation decreased by 17.6% compared to 2020, reaching 4.20.

Lithuania accounts for 12.8% of the EU-27 total of 32.7.

Lithuania ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 26.3% (from 5.70 in 2016).
