Gender pay gap in unadjusted form

In 2013, Lithuania's gender pay gap in unadjusted form increased by 2.5% compared to 2012, reaching 24.4.

Lithuania accounts for 76.3% of the EU-27 total of 32.0.

Lithuania ranks 18th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 43.5% (from 43.2 in 2008).
