Gender pay gap in unadjusted form

In 2014, Lithuania's gender pay gap in unadjusted form increased by 9.0% compared to 2013, reaching 26.6.

Lithuania accounts for 84.7% of the EU-27 total of 31.4.

Lithuania ranks 18th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 13.1% (from 30.6 in 2009).
