Gender pay gap in unadjusted form

In 2016, Lithuania's gender pay gap in unadjusted form increased by 1.4% compared to 2015, reaching 28.8.

Lithuania accounts for 95.4% of the EU-27 total of 30.2.

Lithuania ranks 13th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 25.2% (from 23.0 in 2011).
