Gender pay gap in unadjusted form

In 2015, Lithuania's gender pay gap in unadjusted form increased by 6.8% compared to 2014, reaching 28.4.

Lithuania accounts for 91.6% of the EU-27 total of 31.0.

Lithuania ranks 13th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 19.3% (from 23.8 in 2010).
