Income inequality for older people - EU-SILC survey

In 2024, Lithuania's income inequality for older people increased by 4.3% compared to 2023, reaching 8.66.

Lithuania accounts for 105.4% of the EU-27 total of 8.22.

Lithuania ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 6.9% (from 9.30 in 2019).
