In 2022, Lithuania's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 1.2% compared to 2021, reaching 812.

Lithuania ranks 24th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 68.6% (from 2,590 in 2017).
