In 2021, Luxembourg's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 17.8% compared to 2020, reaching 10,902.

Luxembourg ranks 20th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 9.5% (from 9,954 in 2016).
