Fertility indicators

In 1988, Luxembourg's fertility indicators increased by 7.9% compared to 1987, reaching 1.51.

Luxembourg ranks 18th out of 22 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.6% (from 1.43 in 1983).
